Product Features :
■ The Rotary Orbital Cold Forging Machine is mainly used for cold rotary forging process of flanges ,short shaft parts , and etc.
■ The rotary press head is installed at the bottom slider , whiche is driven by the motor reducer to do rotary orbital cold forging.
■ The rotary convex head has a small area of local contact pressure area with the outer surface of the workpiece, with the force of and continuous circulation accumulation and expansion, so that the workpiece continues to produce overall deformation, and finally obtain the required shape and the specified size of the forging.
■ During rotary forging process, because the workpiece is deformed by local circulation instead of the whole deformation of conventional forging, it has obvious energy-saving advantages. Compared with conventional forging equipment, it can usually save 5 to 10 times the effort, so it can be used to produce forgings instead of large tonnage conventional forging equipment.
■ The forging deformation is uniform, the metal flow line is good, the workpiece quality is high, can be used for less and no cutting processing, saving material and energy.
